Charmed:The Chosen Halliwells
	Generation after generation, the Power of the Charmed Ones has passed from daughter to daughter right down to the current three: Lauren, Luna and Lindsay Halliwell, three remarkable witches. An evil attack on part of the Halliwell family caused the Elders to erase some family member’s memories and send them to different locations, others were brought up to the heavens. The former Charmed Ones and their old friends are frozen in time and they will only be unfrozen when the current Charmed Ones vanquish this new threat. In a desperate way to make the NEW Charmed Ones fully skilled witches, The Elders left Piper Halliwell in charge of her granddaughters. The Book of Shadows has been locked away into the attic which no one really uses anymore, calling to the Charmed Ones destined to open its pages and it seems that time will come sooner... .......

Darkling Rise is a cluster of worlds full of entirely original characters and places, created directly by those who live there. Granted, there are a few cannon locations for those characters who are based on specific series'. The boards themselves are affected by what the characters RP, and major plots can be spun by the smallest stroke of a pen. There's a bestiary for random monsters (feel free to make up your own and add them) and a World Atlas explaining bits about each of the worlds. Pretty much any kind of character is accepted, and we welcome all RPing types (although basic english rules must be applied). As for Maturity Ratings, most of it usually ends up being PG-13 at its highest, although anything above that is marked with a warning.

Some of our places include:
Akuji Darklands:
-A decaying land of eternal night. The moon is at High shining light upon it's realm, and eternally Full. As a dead lands, it it said to be haunted by the creatures who were mercilessly hunted down and slaughtered there ages ago.
Ipomea-Alba:
-Valley-based kingdom where the environment is very fertile for farming and such. Feudal Era kind of set up, with very earth-based animals (however cats are nonexistent and are thought to be demons). Only two seasons exist, the Flowering and Golden seasons. It includes the magical enchanted woods of Everflora, and the harsh deserts of the ambiguous sand-shapers.
City of Waldeburg:
-Modern real-world city. It is complete with secret organizations, big bad corporates with dastardly closets, assassin corps, rough and tough fighters and even your genetic modifications.

The Charmed Ones are no more. It's the year of 2029 and a New Warren Generation is now protecting the innocents.

Three have been chosen to protect the Book of Shadows - Wyatt, Chris and Prue - but all have been fighting demons. Some with more enthusiasm, others with less. Soon new witches as powerful as the Halliwells are about to reveal themselves. Wyatt was not the only first born on February 2, 2003 as part of an ancient prophecy. Though he has also been born as part of another ancient and even more dangerous prophecy for himself and his family - one which made his aunt Prue to be finally sent down to earth.
